Join Teem and build a rewarding remote career

At Teem, we connect talented remote professionals with businesses across the U.S., helping them save time, stay organized, and operate more efficiently.

As a Teem member, you’ll play an important role in that mission by supporting the day-to-day work that keeps businesses running smoothly. Even though you’ll work remotely, your contribution will have a real impact on the teams you support.

Working with Teem also comes with valuable benefits. You’ll have the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the place where you feel most comfortable and productive. We also provide training and ongoing development opportunities, so you can continue building your skills over time. In addition, team members are paid in U.S. dollars and receive competitive compensation that reflects the value they bring to their role.

At Teem, we believe in helping talented professionals build stable, meaningful, and rewarding careers while making a real difference through the work they do.

How to apply

Below is an overview of each step in our application process, including how long each stage usually takes and how long you can expect to wait before hearing from us.

Step 1. Visit our job board

Estimated time: 5 to 10 minutes

Go to our job board at hireteem.com/careers, browse the available opportunities, and choose the role that best matches your experience and interests. Once you find a position you’d like to pursue, click Apply to begin the application process.

Step 2. Complete your application and upload your CV

Estimated time to complete: 5 to 10 minutes
What happens next: You’ll continue directly to the Technical Check

After clicking Apply, you’ll be taken to the application page for that role. There, you’ll answer a few initial questions so we can get to know you better. These questions may include topics such as:

  • Your current location

  • Your level of English proficiency

  • Any additional languages you speak

  • The type of work schedule you are looking for

  • Whether you are open to weekend shifts

  • Whether you have the required equipment for remote work

  • Your compensation expectations

After completing these questions, you’ll be asked to upload your CV in PDF format.

Step 3. Complete the Technical Check

Estimated time to complete: 5 to 10 minutes
What happens next: If your CV is approved, your profile moves to Talent Storage while our team reviews your application

Once you finish the application questions and upload your CV, you’ll complete the Technical Check, which is part of the same application flow. This step helps confirm that your setup meets the requirements for remote work.

Requirements include:

  • Windows 11 Pro

  • At least 8 GB of RAM

  • An Intel i3 processor or higher

  • A working webcam

  • A noise-canceling headset

  • A stable wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

Once you complete the Technical Check and your CV is reviewed, you’ll move forward to the next stage if selected.

Step 4. Talent Storage

Review timeline: Up to 60 business days
What happens next: If selected, you’ll be invited to the interview with our Talent Acquisition team

Reaching this stage means your CV was approved and your profile is now officially part of our Talent Storage, Teem’s talent pool. Your application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team, and this review process may take up to 60 business days.

You may receive an email confirming that your profile was added to our Talent Storage. That’s expected, and it simply means your application is in our talent pool while the review continues. There’s nothing you need to do during this period.

Step 5. Interview with Our Talent Acquisition Team

Invitation timeline: If selected from Talent Storage, you may be invited to this stage within up to 60 business days

If selected, you’ll move on to a virtual interview with our Talent Acquisition team. This conversation focuses on your experience, skills, career goals, and overall fit for the role.

After the interview, our team may take up to 7 business days to evaluate your profile and determine whether you will move forward.

Step 6. Client Interview

Invitation timeline: If approved by our Talent Acquisition team, you may be invited to the client interview within 7 business days
Estimated time to complete: 30 to 45 minutes
What happens next: The client usually makes a decision within 7 business days

Candidates who advance to this stage will interview directly with the client. You’ll first join a virtual waiting room with other applicants, and when it’s your turn, you’ll meet with the client. A member of our team may also be present to support the process.

After the interviews, the client typically makes a decision within 7 business days.

Step 7. Offer Letter and Onboarding

Timeline: Within 7 business days

If selected, you’ll receive an offer letter with the details of the opportunity. Once accepted, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including document collection and onboarding.

If you are not selected for that specific role, you may still be considered for other opportunities with different clients.

Troubleshooting and Communication Delays

If you do not receive communication from us within the expected timeframe listed for each step, please check your spam or junk folder first, as our messages may sometimes land there.

Reapplication After Rejection

If your application is not approved, please make sure to carefully review the rejection email, as it will explain the reason for the decision and, when applicable, what you can do next.

In general, applicants may reapply 21 days after receiving a rejection.

However, if the reason for the rejection is related to a qualification gap, such as insufficient English proficiency, we strongly recommend taking time to improve in that area before applying again. This may include taking courses, practicing consistently, or using other learning resources to strengthen your skills.
